In Prague there is an quirky old shopping area called Lucerna Pasáž. The Frommer’s Prague Day by Day guidebook recommended this shopping center not so much for shopping but for the experience. One of the most memorable things about the shopping center is this odd statue of a man riding an upside-down horse.

That statue is by David Cerny ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_%C4%8Cern%C3%BD ) and is his version of King Wenceslas on his horse, on Wenceslas Square in Prague just below the National Museum, you will see the famous equestrian statue of the King.
